SINP PNP changed for in-demand occupations

As a pathway for Canada immigration, Saskatchewan PNP has its own popularity among the various Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is the official name of the program but it is popularly knows as Saskatchewan PNP. One major reason for its popularity is the fact that it accepts highest number of applications among PNPs, with no limit on the number of applications.

Information about the change
Last year, the Saskatchewan PNP decided to replace its list of eligible occupations, officially known as the ‘In-Demand Occupation List', with a list of ‘Excluded occupations’. The small but significant change helped the number of eligible in-demand occupations increase from a mere 19 to 218. This opened the door for a broad range of candidates, who have highly skilled work experience and had previously been excluded. This allowed them to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Saskatchewan PNP.
